Chris Daniel, SRA, MRICS is owner of Chris Daniel & Associates, a real estate appraisal company servicing all of Monterey County, California. His firm values residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Clients include banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, accountants, public utility companies and private individuals. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has served as a director for their Northern California Chapter. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In 2011, the State Controller appointed him to serve as a Probate Referee for Monterey County. He has taught real estate appraisal and real estate economic courses at Monterey Peninsula College and currently serves as Vice Chair on the Monterey County Assessment Appeals Board. He has been a practicing appraiser since 1985.
