Chris Daniel, SRA, MRICS is owner of Chris Daniel & Associates, a real estate appraisal company located in Carmel, California. His firm values residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Clients include banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, accountants, public utility companies and private individuals. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has served as a director for there Northern California Chapter. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In addition to his appraisal business he teaches real estate courses at Monterey Peninsula College. He has been a practicing appraiser since 1985 and his firm serves all of Monterey County. | |
